The idea: to establish the "Verification Network + electronic account + online service" new port management mode, as soon as possible to achieve the "three", which is a data exchange center, a database, a window.The development of Nanjing port to the core role for Nanjing local development, conducive to the development of local economy, and adapt to the need to accelerate the pace of building a modern international port city. The results show that the main function of Nanjing port, including transportation, Lingang industrial services, expand trade and travel passenger transport function.This thought process in the development of Nanjing port, although there are some progress and merits in the development of the scale, function and mechanism, but also have many deficiencies exist, to establish the public information platform of the port’s consciousness is not strong, "I" in the situation has not improved, too many consider the immediate interests and not to establish a reasonable, high levels of propulsion mechanism etc..Based on above analysis, this paper put forward the Countermeasures of Nanjing electronic port construction, including measures of Nanjing electronic port construction, the correct understanding of electronic port to port management system and the function change, adhere to the principle of local E-port construction, pay attention to deal with relationship, to establish and perfect and effective organizational structure, practical application the formulation system planning is not only forward-looking and practical and effective evaluation to the stage.Finally, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of Nanjing electronic port construction, including infrastructure, financial support, personnel, resources sharing, coordination and brand publicity.
