Management And Operations Research Of The Youth Entrepreneurship Income Fund Of Xinjiang Production Andconstruction Corp

Entrepreneurship is the driving force behind the development of the economy, and the catalyst for social progress as well. Through arousing the enthusiasm and improving the ability in self-entrepreneurship of people to provide persistent power to develop the society and create more fortunes. The youth has been well recognized by the society as the strong growing force on entrepreneurial activity, which has the positive energy and enthusiastic that ready to spread out on their career path, that is, by setting up their own business. Therefore, it is a great responsibility for the government to help youth engaging and participating in the entrepreneurship. The youth entrepreneurship project contains huge economic potential. In most developed countries, entrepreneurship is a mature industry and increasing those countries’ economy, while in China, it is still a developing industry and in lower level than others. Now in our country, entrepreneurship is still in the beginning stages that have the vast development potential. A successful entrepreneurship project can not only solve the problem of their self-employment, but also create more employment opportunities for others; meanwhile, it has significant meaning on easing the severe employment situation and brings positive effect to the social development.This thesis is based on those information, connecting with the relative theory of venture capital, Dawn youth foundation in South Africa and Israel YOZMA fund as an examples to analyze the foreign venture investment guide funds advanced management operation pattern and successful experience, and researching the status and mode of venture capital fund in our country in China, which help us to point out the difference and relationship between venture capital guide fund and the youth entrepreneurship income fund of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps. The analysis of the current youth entrepreneurship income fund which in term of the funding historical background, purport, managerial and operational status of in Xinjiang production and Construction Corps ‘s background, aim, interior management and operation, point out the problem address issues to the entrepreneurship’s managerial and operational system, such as high level of administeration, the imperfection of the Funding institution,short of professional management-group, using the funding’s reserves ineffectively, and Lacking of constructional advice on developing entrepreneurial project. And further analysis the factors related to social perspectives on the entrepreneurship, such as the entrepreneurship funding guarantee, the managerial cost of finance institution and the undeveloped entrepreneurial funding system. Finally, suggestions, given in this thesis, are established on perfecting the operational structure on venture capital guiding fund’s in Xinjiang production and Construction Crops in which directly towards issues that have discussed so far, expanding the way of raising fund and development space, improve and improving operation pattern of the project, studying the succeed cooperative pattern between reward project and business risk institution., the foundation of achieving sustainable development of the fund is mainly rely on the support which could promote the youth entrepreneurship income fund of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps from YCL. At the same time, learning the experience from the communist youth league that participate in the herd youth entrepreneurship practice of microfinance, and having a great contribution on promoting youth entrepreneurship and facilitating the urbanization.
