With the environment of economy is becoming more and more complicated, risk control becomes a critical factor for real estate enterprise. As a part of an enterprise’s internal management, internal audit has to timely confirm and disclose the enterprise’s the most important risks, and puts forward concrete and effective management suggestions. In order to fully make use of these functions, internal auditing must put risk management at its core, and allocate the auditing resources to the area of highest risk. Thus, risk-oriented auditing has become a necessary choice. In practice, internal auditing departments of some real estate enterprise have begun to use the approach of risk-oriented auditing. However, without formal implementation methods, and constrained by current auditing resources, they have not put in real effects these advanced concepts in all the links of their auditing work, and have not bring the advantages of risk-oriented auditing into practice. Therefore, introducing a risk-oriented auditing fit into the situations of each firm and providing concrete guide are the critical point of giving impetus to the application of risk-oriented internal auditing.This article adopts theoretical research and empirical study by first investigating the background and basic theories of risk-oriented auditing, and then discussing the current situation, basic procedures of risk-oriented auditing in the real estate enterprise. Based on these, the article introduces the real cases the measures and effects of YX group, and analyses its experiences and deficiencies; in the final step, this article absorbs YX’s tested experiences, improves its insufficiencies and designs YX’s risk-oriented auditing approach.
