| Science and technology service industry is a very important part of service industry,and it has the characteristics of talented lebors, high-technology, high added value, andstrong leading role.It is an important measure to adjust and optimize the industrial structure,and cultivate new economic growth point to accelerate the development of science andtechnology service industry.Guangzhou is a stream of people, logistics, capital flow,knowledge flow, and information flow in Southern China area, the high development of theindustry plays an important role in the economic development. However, there are manyproblems within the industry, so it is very important to find out the influcing factors of theindustry.This paper studys on three following questions. First, what the concept, classification,and characteristic are. Second, find out the present situation, regionaldifference, andstructural difference. Third, build the model to explain the influce of the industry, andresearch with it. By stuying the literature related, the paper gets the following threeconclusions. First, Guangzhou has experienced the stage of supporting, market developing,and the industrial system gradually formed. Now the industry develops well, it has laborswith high-quality, better service, and ability of technology innovation. The regionaldifference of the development of it is a serious problem, as well as with the structuraldifferences.Second, analysis the survey data of 177 companies in guangzhou with themethod of Factor analysis, the paper gets four influencing factors: basic factors ofproduction, innovation factor, government factor, and the system factor. Third, analysis withthe method of multiple regression analysis, and find out the real model,and get theconclusion. The quantity of labors, fixed assets, average salary, government behavior, havethe positive significant influence of the industry, and the proportion of labors responsible forscience and technology activities has the negative correlation. |
