| The southwest, centering on Guizhou Plateau, is the most continuous karst area with the largest area. The karst area in Guizhou is largest in China. According to the monitoring data in 2010, the karst exposure area in Guizhou is up to 109084.58km2, accounting for 61.92% of the total area; the rocky desertification area is 36472.57km2, covering 33.44% and 20.70% of total karst and land area. Rocky desertification has been the bottleneck restraining the social and economic development in southwest karst areas. Since 1980 s, the rural areas have developed greatly. However, the development level is still low, especially the southwest karst mountain areas facing prominent economic development problem. The farmer’s income influences the development of rural areas directly, and life energy is the first problem influencing farmer’s income. Therefore, rural energy is the important problem restraining farmer’s income and rural economic development. Meanwhile, rural energy building also adheres to the principle of national energy construction: “act according to circumstances, multi-energy complement, complex utilization and benefit-firstâ€.The life energy is studied through the methods of data access, field survey, field monitor and data analysis in Chaoying and Dingtan basins. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of life energy structure in Chaoying and Dingtan basin, the model on clean recycle and utilization of rural renewable energy based on planting-feeding in rocky desertification areas is built according into related technologies, namely Chaoying and Dingtan Model. The benefits are also measured. In southern China karst region centering on Guizhou Province, the two models are demonstrated and popularized.(1)Consumption structure of life energy: in Chaoying Basin, fuel wood is the major life energy type; coal, straw and electricity as secondary; electricity is first in Dingtan basin; fuel wood, solar enerdy, coal, biogas as secondary. It’s inferred that the fuel wood covers a big rate in both of Chaoying and Dingtan basin. The excessive consumption of fuel wood will cause the destruction of forest, even intensifying rocky desertification, soil erosion and other ecological problems. Therefore, the model building(Chaoying and Dingtan Models) on clean cycle and utilization of renewable energy based on planting-feeding resources is one of the most effective measures to solve the shortage of life energy and low income in karst rocky desertification areas. Through the survey in two basins, the planting-feeding resources can meet the needs of biogas and straw gasification. Adhering to the principle of free will, the energy demonstration was conducted in typical households of Chaoying and Dingtan basins, which intensify farmers’ awareness of renewable energy and increase the enthusiasm of developing renewable energy.(2)On the basis of model building, some typical households were selected for demonstration, according to the natural conditions, population, income and plant-feeding resources. The demonstration mainly counters on the technologies of biogas and fuel-saving stovel, so as to connect the agriculture and livestock breeding, creating the energy model of trinity. The demonstration is supported greatly by the people. The technologies are reliable, and the devices operate well, laying good foundations for future popularization.(3)Assessment and analysis of benefits: Through the monitor, the benefit of a biogas is equale to the amount of 4-5 mu firewood forest. The building of household ecological agriculture based on biogas can solve the the transfer of manpower surplus, increast the scientific aware and diathesis, so as to uilize to limited household area, also making contributions to increase farmers’ income. The building of marsh gas tank can reduce energy const of 100-200 Yuan, electricity fee of 60 Yuan. If biogas can be combined with agriculture, the economic benefits will increase in several times. The development of ecological agriculture based on biogas and firewood-saving stove protect the forest, improve the environment of agricultural production, and increase income. The eco-model of quaternit combines marsh gas tank, pig house and toilets, creating the comprehensive utilization system. It increases the income and protects the ecological environment. Therefore, the development of renewable energy is of high ecology, economy and society benefits.(4)Analysis on demonstration: this paper analyzes the feasibility from three aspects of technology, policy and particitory guarantee. It’s concluded that it’ll get good results if make the residents involved in the popularization of clean cycle and utilization of renewable energy based on planting-feeding resources supported by present technology and governments’ policy.(5)Suggesstions on the development of renewable energy: the improvement of laws and regulations on rural energy, the innovation of excitation mechanism, the intension of scientific innovation, the combination of “production-science-researchâ€, attaching importance to leadship. It’s aimed at good achievements of clean cycle and utilization of renewable energy based on planting-feeding resources in rural areas of China, making contributions to rocky desertification control. |
