The Research Of Knowledge Management Impact On Enterprise Under The Action Of IT Capability

With the development of world, the Internet is inflating. Information resources has become the Source of power which puch an enterprise to develop in this new era and the knowledge which one of the most important resources, become more and more significant. With the development of society, more and more companies choose to Introduce the factor of IT into management to develop the enterprises enhance the business performance, so the capability of IT will be a factor in the model which between traditional knowledge management and enterprise performance.The object in this research is the impact about business performance to knowledge management of companies, the impact between IT ability and business performance and the relationship among this three, and then find questions and to analyze and solve problems. Next, according to inspection at knowledge management, knowledge management, enterprise IT capability and business performance in the past research and related theoretical foundation to hypotheses and construct a theoretical model.This study used the approach of questionnaire approach to research, and the collected data was analyzed by SPSS21.0 data tools to verify the assumptions. Finally, interpretation and analysis of the model based on the verification results and management practices.The main structural framework of this paper is the research background and significance, the outlined according to the reading of literature related to the field of academic achievements at home and abroad, and clearly the contents and methods of this article. Next, there is an overview about the theoretical that the thesis research involved, and make a clear definition of the concept of knowledge management, enterprise IT capability and business performance, then rich and innovate the basis of previous research results and proposed research models assumptions of this paper. In the empirical study, we reference on the existing mature scales to measure this three variables. Through the analysis of reliability,validity, relevant and regression of the data form the questionnaire,verified the hypothesis, and drawed valid conclusions, which knowledge management and enterprise has a significant positive impact, and IT capability is playing the role of intermediary part.
