Knowledge Acquisition System And Patterns Of Calt

The future international competition will be the competition of knowledge. The enterprise has the leading knowledge and management ability, which will dominate in the international competition. Knowledge management is the major management strategy related to the enterprise’s future, and knowledge acquisition is critical to this strategy.Standing on the new starting point of history, CALT needs to face the requirement of building a large-scale world-class aerospace enterprise. In order to play a leading role in the development of China’s space industry, CALT must optimize its knowledge acquisition system and patterns, which is to enhance its knowledge management level and to promote the innovation. The ability of knowledge acquisition and use will contribute to the fierce market competition.Knowledge acquisition is not only the foundation of the work to propel the knowledge management, and it is also the foundation of the company catching up with the international aerospace standards. Based on the state of knowledge management of CALT, the paper discusses the enterprise knowledge acquisition needs. The characteristics and types of enterprise knowledge resources have been analyzed. Design principles of knowledge acquisition system have been presented, including equally important of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, internal knowledge and external knowledge, professional knowledge and position knowledge, expertise knowledge and staff knowledge, standards and software systems. The enterprise knowledge acquisition system has been developed with the characteristic of “two aspects, three dimensions and five patterns”. The research results provide the basis of enterprise knowledge share and knowledge use. The research object of this paper is the CALT, but the research question is a common problem during the rapid development of our aerospace enterprises. Research results of this paper will play a certain reference for other aerospace enterprise knowledge management.
