Just after the founding of PRC, the family contract responsibility system greated stimulated the farmer’s enthusiasm, and made prominent contributions for the improvement of industry and development of economy in rural areas. However, with the rapid pace of modernization and industrialization in China, the disadvantages of traditional family contract responsibility system began to appear. China is faced with new problems and challenges in land policies. Therefore, cultivated land circulation cames into being, which can not only solve some land utilization problems, such as, fine breaking of farm land, desolation of land and idling land, but also promote the rational distribution of land resources and efficiency of land utilization. Meanwhile, land circulation is good for increase of farmer’s income and development of rural economy. In recent years, China made positive reforms in agriculture economy system, actively implementing land circulation, and circulation developed fast, making great achievements. Nevertheless, cultivated land circulation was restricted, for it was mainly implemented in central and east economy-developed areas, while in northwest areas circulation just started and realated studies could hardly been found.This study adopted the structural equation model, citing related theories to construct household land cirulation support efficiency model, sampling three villages from Liangzhou district Wuwei city Gansu province. The study used Likert Scale to design its questionnaire and visited the households collecting their basic information and circulation condition, which all could help to test the household land cirulation support efficiency model and find the differences of support effiency for land circulation at different stages.In this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows:1. By adopting related theories to construct the household land cirulation support efficiency model, the rationality of the theory and conception is tested by several methods, and it is proved that provincialism, values of farm land, participation, benefit and relevance of farmers all have direct effect on household land cirulation support efficiency.2. According to the amount of circulation, forms of circulation, scales of circulation and market differences of circulation, three villages could be defined as hysteretic stage, starting stage and developing stage of cultivated land circulation.3. There are great differences from provincialism, values of farm land, participation, benefit and relevance of farmers at different stages of circulation, which influences the differences of support efficiency. Regardless of theory support efficiency and pratical support efficiency, it is obvious to follow the mode: Yangxiabei village > Xiying Village >Jinshan Village.4. There are differences at the three villages of different circulation stages from household support in five aspects: positive effect on support efficiency from five aspects at Yangxiabei village, positive effect on support efficiency from provincialism, participation, and relevance of farmers, and negative effect on support efficiency from land values and benefits at Xiying village, negative effect of support efficiency from provincialism, values of farmland, and positive effect on support efficiency from relevance of farmers, and indistinctive effect on support efficiency from participation and benefits.5. The factors, which influence the circulation support efficiency of villages at different circulation stages, have great differences. At Yangxiabei village, the circulation is influenced by benefits and relevance of farmers, at Xiying village the circulation is influenced by participation and benefits, and at Jinshan village the circulation is influenced by provincialism and values of farmland.
