Research On The Relation Between Villagers Association And Farmland Scale Management

Our country began to implement structural reform in 1978,and implemented farmland household contract responsibility system in the rural areas of China,and established a kind of farmland management mode that regard a family as a unit.From the perspective of the farmland management scale,because our country has more people and less land and demands the quality average in cultivated land excessively in the process of the land contract,farmers only have about 0.53 ~ 0.63 hectares farmland scale on average,and the lands are departed to pieces,and the contracted lands of each farming family are departed to 9.7 parts on average,the implementation of the farmland household contract responsibility system greatly enhanced the farmer’s production enthusiasm and developed the rural economy,but it leaded to the problem of land fragmentation,the essence of the implementation is the continuation of the small-scale business model.With the development of social economy,The increasing rate of agricultural commercialization rate makes the market competition intense,and small-scale business has small advantage in this competition.In order to enhance the market competitiveness,farmers began to expand the scale of farmland.The research on farmland scale operation is a hot issue in the field of rural land use research.In addition,despite of the the physical factors such as capital,land and labor,theory of modern development has pay addition to the important role of non-material factors,As a kind of intangible factors,the village social association has an important influence on the harmonious development of rural society.Research on the relation between villagers association and farmland scale operation in this paper is a new direction.Based on the above background,in order to research the relation between villagers association and farmland scale operation, and find the way to promote the realization of farmland scale operation from the perspective of villagers association,the research in this paper builds the structural equation model of four dimensions of villagers association influencing farmers’ will of farmland circulation and farmland scale operation through AMOS17.0,and discusses the four dimensions of villagers correlation how to influence the will of farmland circulation and farmland scaleoperation in detail,at the same time,some typical case found during visiting survey on farmland scale operation is described and analyzed,and the value of the villagers correlation and every dimension of those villagers groups that implement farmland scale operation is calculated,and the correlation between the level of villagers association and every dimension and farmland scale operation is analyzed,the relationship between specific organization form of farmland scale operation and the level of the four dimensions is further analyzed.Some conclusions are required and as follows:(1) The four dimensions of villagers association such as emotional association,cognitive association, economic association and active association influence the will of farmland circulation and farmland scale operation positively.Groups of villagers with farmland circulation and farmland scale operation have higher villagers correlation degree and correlation degree of every dimensions than those groups with no farmland circulation and farmland scale operation.(2) Cognitive association has the most influences on the will of farmland circulation and farmland scale operation,which displays that the level of the villagers trusting the right main body especially the village cadres and accepting the behaviors of village cadres makes guiding contribution to the will of the villagers farmland circulation and scale operation.The coefficients are 0.58 and 0.39.Economic association has great influences on the will of farmland circulation. Villagers working outside together and sharing the productive information makes great contribution to economic association,which displays that the stability of the villagers relations influences the will of farmland circulation at some level.At the same time,lending behavior between villagers provides the financial support to farmland circulation and working outside together lays the foundation of transfer of rural labor.The coefficient is 0.38. Active association has the great influences on the will of farmland scale operation,and villagers building roads, water channels and other public facilities together and resisting infringement on their rights together make great contribution to active association,which displays that the action consistency of villagers lies in the consideration to their own interests and rights.When villagers realize the benefit of thefarmland scale operation, the high action consistency generates,despite that the villagers are acquirers or sellers.The coefficient is 0.32.(3) Emotional association has smaller influences than other dimensions on will of farmers.From perspective of emotional attachment between villagers and economic interests,relationship of economic interests has become the main factors influencing the will and behaviors of the villagers.In the various organization forms of farmland scale operation,emotional association has become the fundamental connection form with stable change.(4) There are close relations between the implementation of the scale operation organization form of size service and the level of economic association,cognitive association and active association,and the two sides influence each other.There are close relations between the implementation of the scale operation organization form of family management and the level of economic association and cognitive association,and the two sides influence each other.There are close relations between the implementation of the scale operation organization form of size service and the level of cognitive association and active association,and the two sides influence each other.
