Research On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers’ Entrepreneurial Problems In Lanzhou

The special group of “migrant workers” was accompanied by the profound development of China’s reform and opening-up, furthermore, the state and government was also more and more attention to this group, and published a series of preferential agricultural policies. Currently, the new generation of migrant workers has accounted for more than half of migrant workers, and compared with the old generation of migrant workers, they have higher educational level, stronger desire into the city, higher expectation to the other aspects, stronger awareness of rights protection. “Take the targeted measures to solve the problems of the new generation of migrant workers” is the society’s important task, and more and more of the new generation of migrant workers is aware of the issue that “entrepreneurial” is the fundamental way to solve the employment problem.It is good at the solved of the “agriculture, countryside and farmer” issues, and the industrialization and urbanization process, the coordinating urban and rural development,transforming the economic development mode.Based on the research of the new generation of migrant workers in Lanzhou, and empirical study on the new generation of migrant workers’ states and problems in Lanzhou by the qualitative as well as quantitative methods. The states showed that the entrepreneur was dominated by men with a certain cultural quality; the field of entrepreneurial was diversified, and dominated by service industry and retailing; the form of entrepreneurial was dominated by independent entrepreneurial, and the partnership, family entrepreneurial were the secondary; the scale of entrepreneurial was small with below six people; the source of entrepreneurial capital was single. Furthermore, it exists some problems, such as low entrepreneurial comprehensive quality, insufficient entrepreneurial capital, relatively entrepreneurial environment and so on. And it was to analyze the factors of entrepreneurial of the new generation of migrant workers by the Binary Logistic Model, the results showed that the age, education, working years, household income and financial support were the major factors. Therefore, in order to effectively promote the entrepreneurial of the new generation of migrant workers, it is necessary to concert efforts of the government, society and the entrepreneur, finally, it can be established a set of measures by the government as the major, the society as the supplementary, and the improvement of the entrepreneur.Firstly, it is necessary for the entrepreneur to develop the ability; secondly, it is necessary for the government to establish the entrepreneurship policy; finally, it is necessary for the society to form a good entrepreneurial atmosphere.
