| In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property has become the important intangible assets for enterprises to enhance their core competitive advantages and achieve the sustainable innovation development. At the same time, with the idea of win-win cooperation being popularly accepted, carrying out collaborative innovation activities with universities or research institutes is also an effective way to increase enterprises’ knowledge reserves and improve their innovation strength. Particularly, as the representative of high value knowledge resource, intellectual property has become the key resource for enterprises to achieve the high quality collaborative achievements. So it is an important strategic means for enterprises to carry out intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation, and it will improve the quality of innovation achievements and make enterprises get greater cooperative innovation effect, as well as maintain sustainable competitive advantages.In the paper, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign related research, requirements of enterprise intellectual property cooperation management system based on cooperative innovation were combed by questionnaire survey and interview to enterprises, and statistical analysis of yearbook data from relevant departments of the state. Major aspects and elements as the environment of enterprise intellectual property cooperation, the process of intellectual property cooperation, the ownership of property rights and the allocation of cooperative benefit were deeply analyzed and described. Then a model of enterprise intellectual property cooperation management system based on cooperative innovation was constructed and the evaluation index system was proposed. The main research works are summarized as follows.Firstly, the relevant research results at home and abroad were collected and summarized, and the direction and content of research were proposed aiming at the limitation and shortcomings existed of them.Secondly, based on the clarity of the concepts about collaborative innovation and intellectual property cooperation, R&D activity and present cooperation situation of enterprise and university as well as research institute were analyzed, and the requirements of the management system of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on cooperative innovation were investigated and analysed.Thirdly, based on the requirement investigation, the enterprise intellectual property cooperation environment and process based on collaborative innovation was further analyzed through analyzing enterprise intellectual property cooperation environment, the process of intellectual property cooperation under the perspective of knowledge transfer and different cooperation models, the ownership of property rights and cooperative benefit allocation. So the whole cooperation process was deeply recognized, and then a model of the cooperation process was built to supply the fuller foundation for the construction of management system model.Fourthly,based on the above research, the management system model of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation was constructed, which involves the system structure model and the,function structure model. Furthermore, the characteristics of the system and the objective supporting conditions for the system implementation were also analyzed.Finally, an evaluation index system of the management system of the enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on the collaborative innovation was designed, and the evaluation process is explained by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with an analysis example. It will help to find out the problems of the system implementation and the operational management and provide a basis for improving the system factions.In the paper, from a new perspective of crossover study on enterprise cooperative innovation and enterprise intellectual property cooperation, enterprise intellectual property cooperation process based on collaborative innovation was deeply analyzed, and it meaned that the intellectual property cooperation environment and all life cycle stages of intellectual property cooperation would be integrated closely, and based on this, a management system model of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation, which possesses the properties of the collaboration, openness, intelligence and security, was constructed. This model can respond quickly to the demands of enterprise intellectual property cooperation. It will help to improve the efficiency of intellectual property cooperation and reduce the cooperational cost and risk. It may be used as a reference model for the practices of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation. The results of this research will have an important theoretical innovation value and practical significance for enriching the crossover study content about the collaborative innovation and enterprise intellectual property cooperation and guiding the practices of the enterprise intellectual property cooperation in our country at present. |
