In recent years, China’s coal market has been in continuous downturn. The existence and development of coal enterprises face severe challenge. Under the market environment that supply exceeds demand, making a scientific and rational product distribution decision is very important for coal enterprise. By taking the product distribution decision in target market of coal enterprise as study object, this paper main studies theoretical framework of the decision, analysis of coal demand of regional markets, construction of the decision model and application practice.First, based on further study on related theory, this paper constructs theoretical framework of the product distribution decision in target market of coal enterprise, which includes definition of the classification of coal product, target market and product distribution decision, analysis of influencing factors on the decision from three aspects which are market, transportation and production, construction of theoretical model of the decision.Second, starting with the industry structure of coal consumption, this paper analyzes the coal consumption characteristic of Chinese regional markets from two dimensions which are total amout characteristic and structure characteristic, points out the difference of coal consumption in different regions. In view of lack of demand prediction for different coal in existing research, this paper proposes the calculating method for different coal demand of regional markets by predicting the output of downstream products and gives the calculating model. Calculating the coking coal demand of Shandong Province, the result shows that the model has good prediction accuracy.Third, by analyzing the properties of elements such as decision objective, constraint, parameter, this paper definites the characteristics of the product distribution in target market of coal enterprise which are multi-dimension, multi-constraint and large-scale. Based on characteristics of different programming models, point out the type of decision model. On the basis, this paper constructs the product distribution decision model in target market of coal enterprise and explains solution method of the model.Last, based on the above researches, this paper takes Company Y for application research on the product distribution decision in target market. The result shows that under the decision objective and constraint, the optimal product distribution scheme can be obtained by the decision model, which is better than the original plan for product distribution of company Y. The decision model is proved to be reliable and can provide decision reference for coal enterprise. |
