This thesis is aimed at analysis about the global electric kettle manufactures development appeared bigger changes along with the global consumer market pattern changes of the household appliances the electric kettle. This thesis mainly to be solved the S company as a professional manufacturer to provide core components – Temperature Control Switch(TCS) to the global electric kettle industry how to adjust the market strategy and establish the related reasonable strategy when the enterprise is meeting the economy declining and slowly developing in European and American area caused by American the subprime crisis in 2008. At the same time, because the number of the electric kettle in Europe and America has become increasingly saturated and the consumer habits changes are influencing the end consumer market situation of electric kettle, however, as emerging economy China has a huge market potential. The purpose of this thesis is based on the S company as a foreign multinational enterprise is facing the changes of market structure and competition for China which is obviously different from the previous market of European and American countries and regions. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the S company as the market leader of electric kettle temperature control switch(TCS) supplier, thesis is putted forward the correct deployment and corresponding adjustment strategy proposed to adapt to the China market development trend to develop the China market based on combined the theory and practice to analyze and discuss the current problems and challenges of S companies and the outside economical environment.The author references the past strategy literature about multinational companies for the analysis of the China market and combines with the current research on the general theories of the strategic management of the world, through effective tools to analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages, to accurately determine the enterprise survival of the external opportunity and threat, formulate the optimal strategy for market development through the enterprise operation and management, the specific development strategy, implementation, development to provide effective suggestions and reference for enterprise management and decision-makers to successfully obtain the market share.
