Study On The Economic Development Issues Of Toksun County Xinjiang

In this paper, At the beginning of this century China’s implementation of western development policy and put forward the leap-forward development of xinjiang in 2010, in order to improve their ability in the western region’s economic development. For xinjiang, to strengthen the xinjiang county territory economy development ability, the formation of the county as the link of the economic growth center, thereby giving impetus to the economy of the whole xinjiang. Under the action of the series of policies, the county economy of xinjiang has made some achievements, but there are some problems. Toksun county is located in southwestern xinjiang turpan area, is an important agricultural county, turpan region is one of the important transportation hub connected to fields. Although toksun county has superior geographical and location advantages, namely, from the center of a capital city and it’s near famous tourist resort, but toksun county as a whole has been in a state of poverty and backwardness. In this paper, starting from the basic theory of county territory economy development, fully describe toksun county economic development present situation, seek developmentmode and the problems existing in the development of, and put forward the corresponding measures to solve.Of this paper is divided into six chapters on the whole, of which the first and second chapter as a theoretical part, carding domestic and foreign literature and the classical theory of development, the formation of theory in the study of the reference, the third, fourth, and fifth chapter as empirical analysis, to evaluate toksun county economic situation, economic development model based on the discussion of trafigura as the main reason for the lagging economic development. As a countermeasure part, chapter 6 puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper found that trafigura economic development level is not high, rely mainly on planting, extractive industries and traditional services. Although to speed up the economic growth, but the horizontal comparison is at medium level. From the point of view of the optimization of industrial structure, although the show that the optimization and upgrading of the regularity in the basic, but extractive forestry industrialization trend in serious, on the basis of the characteristic agriculture advantages did not form. The transformation of the service sector is slow, do not have a high level of emerging service industry’s contribution to the economic growth. Development pattern does not follow the basic law of economic development, mainly according to the extensive economic growth, but there is no scale diversified agriculture and single industrialization drive, etc.This article thinks, want to get rid of the backwardness of the current toksun county, must form the characteristic model of development, must first get out of the traditional path of industrialization, with the help of xinjiang opportunity, 19 provinces and cities to realize new industrialization, through the industry transfer realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, through the development of modern logistics industry to further play a good geographical advantage, through the formation of the wind power industry, coal electricity project, solar power generation industry, realize the characteristic specialized industry base. Through the principle of comparative advantage, avoid the region characteristic agriculture competition, form a peculiar feature of farming and animal husbandry, promote the development of a comprehensive system of economy.
