The employment problem in Xinjiang is a complex problem, has been a social concern, many scholars also have the problem of employment for Xinjiang has done a lot of research, but the employment problem is still not resolved completely. Plus Xinjiang is now at a critical moment of economic system reform, intensify social structure changing, but there are more labor market participation in the labor personnel less, leading to the existence of excess labor in the labor market, which brings greater employment pressure, the labor market supply and demand have become increasingly prominent, and even lead to social economic problems series.This paper mainly uses the "Xinjiang 2002 input-output table", "Xinjiang", "the 2007 input-output table of Xinjiang input-output table in 2012 of each year and the" Xinjiang statistical yearbook data, qualitative and quantitative analysis, input-output analysis technology based on the theory, using the input-output coefficients of main stress coefficient, influence coefficient, and to the important index of correlation coefficient, comprehensive employment coefficient and coefficient of variation, etc., combined with the analysis of the change trend of employment structure and industrial structure in Xinjiang, identified Xinjiang employment ability of the industry in Xinjiang, the future economic development focus on the development of recognized industry is of great significance to solve the problem of employment, and after construction the structure decomposition technique(SDA) model, the influence factors of employment changes in the level of an empirical analysis, found that the four factors of final consumption, government consumption, household consumption, investment and consumption to increase employment plays a role, while technological progress and labor input coefficient is largely hindering effect on employment. Find the reason analysis of the employment problem in Xinjiang, the more developed provinces and economic comparison, found that Xinjiang’s industrial structure and employment structure lags behind other developed provinces, and the Xinjiang labor education structure is not reasonable. Further analysis also found that the real reasons for employment in Xinjiang is unreasonable industrial structure and labor force and pile up in excess of requirement the low level of education, the article ends with the important reason analysis in this paper, gives the corresponding policy suggestions for employment.The main research method of this article: firstly, analysis the current situation of Xinjiang’s industrial structure and employment structure, the employment elasticity and structure deviation of labor productivity and other important indicators of comparative analysis, the coefficient of Xinjiang irrational industrial structure, low economic efficiency. Secondly, input-output analysis method based on Leontief inverse matrix, the Leon foundation, introduction of labor input coefficient, construct the employment multiplier matrix, the matrix calculation and statistical analysis, the industry of direct and comprehensive employment effect. Then, the input and output analysis technology(SDA) model combining, calculate the level of employment with various factors in the influence of different periods due to structural changes caused, to explore the causes, the real impact of the employment structure. Finally, using linear regression analysis method to test economic indicators affect the level of employment, consistent with previous findings the analysis of the causes.
