With the deeper development of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises face excess ive pressure of market competition. In order to ensure that our enterprises have advantages in the market competition, our SAC adopt varies ways on large state-owned enterprises in the do mestic, such as mergers and acquisitions and etc., gradually formed a large number of super-la rge, super-competitive enterprises. However, as the business continues to develop and expand, management problems of the Chinese enterprises have gradually emerged. In order to achiev e a good development, we have an urgent need to improve the management.Power companies guarantee the supplies of Chinese fundamental energy supplies, has be en a pillar industry of the nation’s economics. Therefore, the power company’s healthy develo pment is important for our country. With the continuous development of the market, our gove rnment has developed the appropriate reforms to approach development. At the same time, ‘S eparation of the Grid and the Power station’ are increasingly arouse our attentions. Currently, the separation of the Grid and the power station has been implemented, but the separation of T ransmission and the Distribution is still in the process.In the face of the huge challenge, electric power enterprise need to analyze and understand the problems of their own, and transform the unreasonable enterprise structure. The key is to change the organization’s interests and the unity of the staff’s ideas. You can see that the change of people’s success has great significance. The human cost is the most important cost of enterprise development, can say, human resources are the fundamental driving force of the development of the enterprise.Electric power enterprises under the environment of change, the author of this paper, the electric power enterprise internal organization to change some ideas are put forward.
