They use the technique, equipment and personnel superiority, taking full part in the grid emergency repair. Based on the characteristic of the power construction enterprises, by a lot of related literatures and reference home and abroad, the power construction enterprises grid emergency management is studied. The improved countermeasures to enhance the power grid emergency repair work are put forward.
