The Analysis Of The Influence Of Industrial Investment Structure On The Quality Of Economic Growth In Hebei Province

At present, Hebei province is in the phase shift of economic growth and structure adjustment, and stimulus the particular stage of digestion phase superposition, which difficulties and contradictions will become more prominent, especially the industrial investment structure adjustment and economic growth quality problems. The performance for the industrial investment structure is unreasonable, and the economic growth quality is not high, which bring us the greatly development of pressure. Therefore, the realization of the transformation and upgrading of economy plays an important role, which speeds up the industrial investment structure adjustment and optimization, and improves the quality of economic growth in our province.Economic growth problem is always the research topic of the scholars at home and abroad. Economic growth includes two aspects in quantity and quality of economic growth. For a long time, most of scholars at home and abroad tend towards economic growth in the number of research, namely the increase of GDP. However, it ignores the study of the quality of economic growth. In recent years, with severe resource waste, overcapacity, worsening environmental pollution problems such as increasingly exposing, people gradually no longer have concerned about GDP growth, also have paid attention to the study of the quality of economic growth. However, for the study of the quality of economic growth, it mostly has focused on the qualitative research, and the quantitative research is less. Therefore, this article discusses the quality problem of economic growth in Hebei province from the perspective of industrial investment structure. By using the factor analysis method evaluates the quality of economic growth in Hebei province, and building the VAR model researches industrial investment structure to improve the quality of economic growth in Hebei province.By the analysis, we get that the Hebei province industrial investment structure is unreasonable and low quality of economic growth. And industrial structure adjustment has positive and negative effects to the quality of economic growth. Finally on this basis, the article puts forward suggestions to the optimization of industrial investment structure in Hebei province and improving the quality of economic growth, which are coordinating industrial investment structure and quality of economic growth on the base paper, optimizing the internal structure of each industry, establishing a perfect system and mechanism of security, transforming government functions and intensifing policy support.
