Employment is the basic demand of people. In 18 th CPC National Congress, it is proposed to improve the quality of employment and strengthen the professional training. To promote entrepreneurship and enhance stability of employment are also mentioned in this congress. To take a perfect system of employment and entrepreneurship also mentioned in the Deepening Reforms of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.However, the employment of new generation of migrant workers is the core problem in China.According to the statistics of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China, there are 260 million migrant workers in our country and 46.6percent of them are the new generation workers. So the new generation of migrant workers is playing a significant role in our life. Paying attention to the employment of them will contribute to solve the problem of shortage and difficult of employment. It will help to improve the income of this new group and close the income gap of city and country too. What is more, it is also to promote social harmony and make more people enjoy the dividends of reform.Based on the existing literature and theories, this paper will put forward to the concept of capital endowments of new generation of migrant workers. According to construct the abundance coefficient model of capital endowment and analysis research data from Guizhou province, then find that the scores of Guizhou new generation of migrant workers’ capital endowment are low. It is short of both national and labor capital and society capital. At the same time, it turns out the factor of self development take an active part in the motivation of employment on new generation of Guizhou province. Going out to other province and work with 1 to 5 years is the main way of employment of them. They always work in manufacture,catering and construction industry.In order to know about the relationship between employment and capital endowment, we analysis it though the cross-over way. It turns out that capital endowment becomes higher with reducing of living needs. In the way of employment, the capital endowments of full timeare higher than part time. Capital endowment becomes high and then reduces and rises with ten years. In employment site, capital endowment in the province is higher than the one working out of province. In the industry of employment, capital endowment of flexible work-time and little physical demands industry is lower than long time working and high physical one. In the end, this paper makes a conclusion that human and social capital play important role in motivation of new generation of migrant workers. While financial capital makes more effect on the way of employment and human and financial capital and characteristic makes more effect on time of employment. The main factor of affecting the site of employment and industry of employment is human and financial capital and characteristic of them. At last, it has been some concerning conclusions and implications.
