The Research On Co-opetition Relationship Of Guizhou Grid Company And Power Enterprises In Regional Uniform Electricity Markets

The system reformation of national electricity in our country has made use of “separation of plant and network, bidding for use of network” since 1998. Market mechanism and bidding system is an important step to realize the electric power trade mercerization.After the “separation of plant and network”, the competition has been lead into the upstream side of the electricity generation supply chain, while the downstream side of the transmission and distribution remain unified. On one hand power companies under pressure of the rise of coal prices, on the other hand grid company has gained monopoly profits. So how to adopt reasonable bidding strategy is quite important in the grid company and power enterprises.According to the comparative research of the domestic and foreign relative literatures about co-opetition theories, this article constructed stackelberg model based on the practical situation in Guizhou province, and discussed the relationship between competing companies and power grid enterprises. Five thermal power enterprises including one big and foue small were chosen and the data which had been processed were taken into stackelberg model. After simulation using MATLAB R2009 b, we got the Nash equilibrium solution. And the co-opetition strategies of grid corporation of power generation companies. Then, analysis the solutaion and the conclusions were given:Firstly, when coal price rises in(0,31.16%],Power companies and power grid companies is reflected in competition, when coal prices rise faster than 31.16%, the Power Grid Corporation of altruism coefficient is 1.175,In this case reflects a power generation business partnership grid company. Coal consumption for Power companies under different coefficients profit and different coal price rises are different, the higher coal consumption coefficient corporate profits for the greater sensitivity to rising coal prices.Secondly,Under the same circumstances coefficient coal consumption, large enterprises and small-scale power companies for coal prices brought pressure tolerance is different. After the introduction of altruism coefficient, large enterprises and small power companies have a certain increase profits.Finally, the policy suggestions are put forward to thermal power enterprises and China Southern Power Grid or State Electricity Regulatory Commission based on the conclusion. Meanwhile, the further directions of its research and key points are presented.
