The Performance Optimization Of Agricultural Machinery Industry Support Polices

In the process of China’s economic development, agricultural development plays an important role. To a large extent, agriculture is the basis of China’s economic development. At the same time, agriculture is the driving force that promotes overall economic development. Usually, the development of agriculture has a great impact on the overall economy. With the development of technology, the popularization of agricultural mechanization is becoming more and more widely, which is a symbol of the development of China’s agricultural modernization. One of the key factors in achieving agricultural modernization is to raise the level of agricultural mechanization. As China’s economic development, the level of development of agricultural mechanization gradually improved, China promulgated a number of support for agricultural development around the policies and measures to make our agricultural mechanization has entered a period of rapid development. However, look at China’s agricultural machinery industry support policies, and did not form a complete system, the policy evaluation is limited to qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis is less. Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to study China’s agricultural machinery industry support policies of performance evaluation, which is mainly a quantitative analysis to City of Hubei Province as a case, the use of AHP.This paper reviews the research results at home and abroad, from agricultural development stage, agricultural subsidies, agricultural chemical industry to promote the policy and its implementation effect, subsidize the purchase of agricultural aspects of performance evaluation methods, a literature analysis, and conduct a comprehensive review of the literature. Then, the paper analyzes the status quo of China’s agricultural applications, mainly from the agricultural machinery and equipment type and quantity of job change, promotion of agricultural machinery and equipment operations,agricultural chemical industry, building systems, the development of agricultural mechanization social service agencies, agricultural machinery and technological exchanges for international cooperation other aspects will be described. Meanwhile, this paper presents the status quo of agricultural issues facing agricultural development,mainly from the farm does not match the number and type of demand, agriculturalsocial service organizations do not match their development, agricultural innovation and agricultural development capability does not match, government support policies in areas such as incomplete analysis. After the article provides an overview of China’s agricultural machinery industry support policy system, analyzes the main contents of each policy. During the study, the paper City of Hubei Province as the research object,using the analytic hierarchy process of the city’s agricultural policies to support the performance of the quantitative analysis. This paper argues that agricultural mechanization policy has an important impact on improving agricultural productivity,accelerate the transfer of rural surplus labor, accelerate rural land, the construction of specialized cooperative organizations to promote agriculture. On this basis, we propose suggestions agricultural industry support policies, mainly agricultural areas of investment, agricultural mechanization policies and regulations, the scale of operations,agricultural-based social service system construction, agricultural information network construction and other services. This paper can provide a reference for the post other relevant researchers to study this filed.
