Empirical Study On Ownership Structure Impact On The Effectiveness Of Internal Control

In recent years,Sanjiu Group’s financial crisis and Guangda financial securities’ Oolong means,and "poison capsule" events have shown the failure of internal control, Inspired theorists research boom on the effectiveness of internal control, Research on the effectiveness of internal control factors is what it is focused. On the other hand, the issue of corporate governance has become the key problems of the Hyundai Enterprises, it’s important for the effectiveness of internal control to play a role,and the ownership structure plays a fundamental role in the formation of the corporate governance structure, determine the allocation of corporate control, based on this,my article also research on how the ownership structure affect the effectiveness of internal control from the perspective of corporate governance. Using theoretical analysis and empirical combination to try to find a specific affect between the ownership structure and internal controls.Firstly,simple carding and review the previous literature of effectiveness of internal control、relationship between corporate governance and internal control, and the effect of ownership structure on internal controls. Combined with the results of previous studies and internal control objectives, have found a measure methods of effectiveness of internal control.then Theoretically analyzed the relationship between ownership structure, corporate governance and internal controls.Find the theoretical basis of the ownership structure affect the effectiveness of internal control from the perspective of corporate governance.Ownership structure is the foundation of corporate governance arrangements,and corporate governance is the system environment of the effective implementation of internal control.Finally, the ownership structure restrict and affect the effectiveness of internal control in three aspect: shareholder control of the operator’s, operator control of the management, managers control of employees.Then according to the theory,using ownership structure’s related variables to be the Independent variable, effectiveness of internal control to be dependent variable.Select the board in Shenzhen A-share listed companies in 2013 data for the relevant empirical test,The conclusions are : ownership concentration, and ownership balancing degree have a positive correlation between the effectiveness of internal controls,Institutional Investors stake and effectiveness of internal control were positively correlated;The nature of the controlling shareholder of listed companies can not significantly affect The level of effectiveness of internal control;Managerial ownership incentive in our country has not yet developed to the phase of effecting the effectiveness of internal control.Finally, according to empirical conclusions, combined with China’s actual situation, In order to improve the overall effectiveness of internal control of listed companies level, and promote the healthy development of China’s economy, made recommendations measures from the internal control self-construction and ownership structure.This article chooses from many effectiveness of internal control factors to study ownership structure,It enables china’s listed companies to adjustment the ownership structure aspects.Optimizate ownership structure,afford theoretical reference to help building internal control of listed companies, improve the effectiveness of internal control,National and other relevant government ‘s regulatory authorities and so on,also can in accordance with its policy measures for the development of China’s listed companies,Jointly promote the healthy development of listed companies, promote the prosperity and development of China’s market economy.
