| To better meet the demand of freight market between Europe and China,and realize the economic development strategy of new silk, partial provinces and cities in our country has gradually opened Direct European railway freight trains. However, many problems appear, like few routes, low frequency, high logistics cost, high return empty loading rate and high the government fiscal subsidies pressure, etc. Our research is trying to solve this problem. By carrying out deep research on Eurasia Land Railway freight transportation market’s current situation, we propose to set up the freight LCL(less than container load) center in New Eurasia Land Railway, and the key matrixes to optimize this model.Firstly, Based on the problems existing in the China-Europe railway freight, we propose the idea of building the freight LCL center in Urumqi. The decision variable of this model is the frequency, and can minimum government’s subsidy and maximum the total profit of agency, but still maintain the shipper’s transportation decision. Secondly, we proved the efficiency of this freight transportation center by empirical analysis. This freight transportation center can promote the efficiency of China-Europe railway freight. What’s more, as the diversities of the goods and frequency increase, cost decrease,which would enhance the attraction of the China-Europe railway freight trains, and make it become a normalized mode of trade transportation. Lastly, through adjusting key elements including railway freight cost, the grid frequency, speed of domestic trade-trains and time value of goods, we checked their effects on freight LCL pattern and reached the conclusion that freight LCL pattern can decrease the transportation cost, increase trade-trans’ frequency, and most importantly, decrease government subsidy and increase agency’s earning ability as well. |
