CTRIP is China’s largest online travel agent. Since established in 1999, CTRIP targets business travel market, to provide users with efficient and convenient air-ticket and hotel reservation service, and the company’s revenues and profits maintain rapid growth. In recent years, contributed to resident’s increasing income, the leisure travel market in China develops rapidly, and people’s strong demand for leisure travel increases. It has become one of the important issues of CTRIP to enter the leisure travel market successfully.This paper aims to study the leisure travel market situation, trend in the future and market environment of CTRIP in the leisure travel market, in order to analysis CTRIP differential advantages and marketing positioning in leisure travel market, and how to perform and implement CTRIP marketing strategies.
