A Study On Intergration And Optimization Of Areas Under Special Customs Supervision In Ningbo

In the light of Shanghai FTZ, this paper aims to explore the integration, optimization and sustainable development of areas under special customs supervision(AUSS) in Ningbo. Firstly, by introducing its development, current situation and functions, the paper analyzes the problems and reasons of Ningbo AUSS. Secondly, by comparison and contrast of major FTZs and AUSSs home and abroad, the paper concludes four inspirations upon Ningbo AUSS. Therefore, strategies and measures are provided at the end of the paper in the respects of regions, management systems, policy optimization, industrial layout, system replication, overflow advantages and FTZ reconstruction.
