As The Basic Of The Obstacle Factor Analysis Of Prime Farmland Quality Evaluation And The Research Of Production Potential Mining

As everyone knows,as the basic of food security of China, Prime Farmland has a direct impact on the economic development and social stability to this country. For this reason, it is considered that the substance of farmland protection is protecting the basic farmland which is considered to be protecting our lifeline; therefore, protecting the basic farmland is playing a significant meaning for the sustainable development of the whole country. There are a lot of problems exciting in the planning of basic farmland. For instance, the quantity factor of the basic farmland is considered too much more in planning basic farmland rather than the quality and the spatial distribution factors, which lead to the poor quality and the unreasonable spatial distribution of the basic farmland planed. Therefore, it has been a serious problem that how to improve the production capacity of basic farmland by improving the quality.Based on Fuxian county as an example in this paper, the quality of the basic farmland is researched as the foundation, according to which the current situation of basic farmland is classified. Based on the current situation of planning basic farmland which is” prefer the farmland far away to the one near around, the one in bad situation to the one in better situation, the ones apart to the whole land”, the factors that affect the quality of basic farmland are analyzed. Combined with the existing data of classification of agricultural land, an effective way to improve basic farmland is found by selecting effective thickness of soil, soil profile form, soil organic matter content, terrain slope, irrigation guarantee rate, soil erosion degree. In addition, the production potential of basic farmland is also developed. In this paper, a theoretical basis and technical support is provided for rational use of basic farmland, improving the quality of basic farmland, the effective protection of basic farmland.
