On one hand, the Sanitation truckin the fast developing stage in China, with a compound growth rate over 35% for the last 5 years, belongs to typical sunrise industry.On the other hand, the construction machinery market have suffered a disastrous decline because of the adjusting of the real estate industry in China, this industry has been in a quite fierce competition because of excess manufacturing.That’s why a lot enterprises began to adjust their development direction, turn to the Environmental sanitation machinery industry, such as Zoomlion, Xugong, Tangjun Automobile, etc. who make the sanitation industry as their development keypoint. As estimated, the competition in the sanitation industry will be quote hot in the future 3 years, also the profit level will also falls quite seriously. So for the Zhongtong Special Cars company, it’s far not enough to realize Sustained fast development just relying the sanitation machinery.Wih the fast developing of debt level for the different government level, the all level Chinese government has been with a debt for more than 5.6 billion RMB, with an Year-on-year growth holding head close to the measurement range.However, the government total asset in 2013 is only 111900 billion,with an Year-on-year growth for less than 10 percent, the growing rate is far lower than the debt rate.
