The Research On Financing Activities Of Foreign Trade Enterprises In Ningbo

In the 21 th century, China’s export and import volume has increased rapidly, and it has the important role for the development of China’s economic. As a port city of Ningbo, its foreign trade has also developed rapidly, and Ningbo Port has joined “the five good ports” for the world container in 2007. In 2013, the export and import volume is 100.329 billion dollar in Ningbo. It is the first time for the export and import to achieve the 100 billion dollar, and it increased by 3.9% than last year. And in 2013, the degree of dependence on foreign trade for Ningbo is 87.5%. So Ningbo foreign trade enterprises have become the main economic. But with the development of Ningbo foreign trade enterprises, many enterprises have faced the financing problem. Now, the existing financing market can’t meet the demand for Ningbo foreign enterprises, and we also don’t have the perfect related policies and systems. So we need the enterprise, government and financial institutions make the efforts to promote the development of foreign trade enterprises in Ningbo.It mainly uses the method of questionnaire in this article, and we make research on the questionnaire of the financing activities of foreign trade enterprises in Ningbo. Firstly, according to the theory of corporate finance and factors to design a questionnaire, then we analyze some basic situations of foreign trade enterprises in Ningbo by the questionnaire data. For example, the scale of foreign trade enterprises, main business, main market, and so on. And we also summarize the financing activities of foreign trade enterprises in Ningbo to know the current situations the financing activities of foreign trade enterprises. Second, we sum up the difficulty factors of financing, and then we focus on analysis five phenomenon of the current difficulties in financing foreign trade enterprises. At last, based on these practical difficulties, we make a few suggestions in the financial institutions, government and enterprises.
