The number of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for more than the total number of the enterprise employment of laid-off workers in the region75%,85%and90%of the implementation of new labor force in the small and medium-sized enterprise re-employment. Ningxia small and medium enterprises for the economic construction of Ningxia, has made the tremendous contribution.Due to geographical differences in the economic development of our country, the small and medium-sized enterprise also has the big difference in quantity and composition, small and medium-sized enterprises in developed regions and role position are not reflected in the west. The number one problem and the development of Ningxia small and medium-sized enterprises face is the financing difficulty.
