Study Of Supporting Platform Of Total Quality Innovation In Home Appliance Manufacturing Industry

In recent years, a consensus gradually emerges that innovation can drive the industry development and improve the industry competition level along with our industries continue to advance, thus building an innovation supporting platform becomes the strong support. Compared with the developed countries, multi-level and multi-industry innovation platforms have been built, and more significant results have been achieved according to the needs of industry and social development in our country although our innovation supporting platform construction starts later. However, entity innovation platform construction is still preferred, and home appliance manufacturing industry and other traditional industries and emerging industries which have good prospects and prominent problems in recent years still lack strong supports throughout the innovation platform construction.Therefore, it is necessary to extend the innovation platform service to home appliance manufacturing industry, and this paper chose home appliance manufacturing industry as further research object.In-depth investigation and analysis of home appliance manufacturing industry was first conducted, summarizing its present situation, development characteristics, development trends and development problems. Based on the results, total quality innovation connotation and model of home appliance manufacturing industry have been proposed, and an overall design have been conducted on the basis of building an innovation supporting platform, i.e., according to demand analysis, taking advantage of technology, fully integrating and sharing resources through the effective combination of entity supporting platform and Internet supporting platform, promote total innovation of product quality of home appliance manufacturing industry.Then entity supporting platform design was given that its structure was composed of entity service layer, resource layer and organization layer, and the detailed design of entity organization composition was carried through. In the form of projects, this paper put forward business processes of home appliance manufacturing industry total quality innovation(HAMI TQI) platform.And to match with entity supporting platform, Internet supporting platform was analyzed and designed. Firstly, platform function and structure were given, and the UML description in detail was then presented, that is, use case diagram and sequence diagram were used to describe the static structure and dynamic collaboration of platform object, class diagram to detailedly design platform business classes, component diagram and deployment diagram to describe network structure scheme of platform realization. And then data flow design of Internet supporting platform was given based on the MVC mode.Finally, the paper presented the concrete realization of supporting platform. Not only deployed the realization environment of supporting platform, but also provided its realization process based on MVC framework mode. And also gave the instantiation for platform realization combining with electric iron manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Cixi city.
