In recent years, with the support and development of national industry, and the public healthy mind increasing, home healthcare equipment market is developing so rapidly. More and more domestic and foreign manufacturers have entered this industry, which competition is very fierce. However, owing to inexperience, late beginning and weak foundation, more than 90% of domestic products low standard products are low-standard, most companies take low-cost competitive strategy. Meanwhile, due to the underdeveloped medical system of domestic, home healthcare system is not well organized, home healthcare equipment are lack of application scenarios. Both service and function of home healthcare equipment are in the initial stage. Being lack of innovation, many manufacturers are immersed in in the "price war" and "copycat war", homogenization is very serious. Industry desperately needed breakthrough, upgrading and transformation. On the other hand, with the development of Internet technology, the popularity of the concept of public health, especially the new medical reform policies, a new service mode of home healthcare service based on the Internet appeared.Lifesense Medical Electronics Co., ltd was founded in 2000, which is in the field of R&D, design, production, sales of household healthcare products. L has been adhering to the "the best products" differentiation competitive strategy, and got good feedback in the market. However, L is facing fierce competition recently, the original competitive advantage has been difficult to be efficient. How to adjust and change the competitive strategy and effective implementation, not only has important significance to L, but also valuable for the industry.This research is reference to competitive strategy, the network economy and other related theories, and summarizes the competitive strategy based on Internet environment. Firstly, through PEST analysis, industry environment analysis, internal resources and capacity analysis, SWOT analysis and other methods, this paper in-depth analysis on the internal and external competitive situation of L. According to the tremendous change of environment, we conclude that the current competitive strategy is no longer suitable for the current competitive environment. Then, according to the competition strategic triangle model method, and combining with the Internet economy environment of competitive products, I put forward a new product competition strategy: "best product", "totally solution" and finally "the industry platform". Then I concrete analysis and description of the business model and profit model of different stages of strategy, design the framework of "platform for home healthcare services platform" based on Internet. Finally, based on the framework of platform, the paper analysis and formulate a implementation plan in steps for L, and develop the corresponding strategy according to the risk in the process of implementation.Finally, I summarize main conclusions and shortcomings of this research. I hope these conclusions can provide reference basis for dynamic adjustment and development for the competitive strategy of L, also provides new ideas and reference for the reform and transition of industry.
