With the rapid development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,the integration and collaboration of all walks of life have intensified the trend towards intelligent development.At present,China’ s logistics industry is rapidly transforming from traditional logistics to modern logistics,and has become an inevitable trend in the development of logistics industry.At this time,the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)logistics came into being,and the trial operation of logistics UAV in major logistics enterprises also accelerated the application of UAV in the logistics industry.UAV logistics is expected to make some contribution to reducing urban congestion and human input by completing distribution tasks with higher efficiency and lower cost.This paper summarizes the vehicle routing problem with pickup and delivery,summarizes the status and shortcomings of related research,the research content and innovation points are proposed.Secondly,the related research on UAV scheduling is analyzed,and the characteristics of UAV and truck are combined.Different from previous studies,truck is selected as the distribution mode of UAV landing and take-off platform to explore the optimization of medical logistics path.A mixed integer programming model is constructed to minimize the total delivery time,the model considers the main constraints such as vehicle load limitation and customer demand for pick-up and delivery.The experimental comparison of traditional mode distribution and UAV joint mode distribution is given,and the validity and rationality of the algorithm are verified by model solving.Finally,according to the business needs of a pharmaceutical enterprise and the actual data of the company,according to the actual parameters to the shortest total distribution time as the optimization goal to build a mathematical model,use the designed algorithm to solve the problem.The practicability and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified.It provides reference and theoretical support for decision adjustment and method application of supply chain enterprises in logistics system.
