E-commerce, as a new marketing means as well as an essential way of life, is becoming increasingly popular, with the gradual penetration of the E-commerce in walks of life, agricultural product E-commerce has emerged accordingly. According to the requirement of “Applying E-commerce into Rural Areas” mentioned in the central document this year, the nation’s support for E-commerce of rural area in 2015 is mainly focused on four aspects, namely, information transformation of traditional circulation network, establishment of E-commerce platform of agricultural production materials, development of agricultural product E-commerce and expansion of E-commerce service area.Based on this background, this paper has analyzed the current status and prospect of the forestry and fruit industry E-commerce in Yili, learned various successful patterns of agricultural product marketing in different places, then made an all-round, multi-level and systematic comparison of both advantages and disadvantages of each pattern, and finally find out the pattern suitable for the unique network marketing of forestry and fruit in Yili. Agricultural product E-commerce has developed in recent years, and there are also successful cases for reference, however, due to different regions, products and participators, the effect differs from each other accordingly. But agricultural product E-commerce is the trend of social development, and a way that is truly suitable for its own development will be finally found by following the trend and with the joint exploration and innovation of local government, civilians, and E-business including logistics enterprises.
