With the rapid development of economy, the competition that enterprises are faced with in the market is also growing. In such a competitive circumstance, service economy has become the largest and important part of economy in many countries. Clearly seen that promoting customers’ satisfaction and enhanc ing enterprises’ competitive advantages in the market matter a lot. In the growing process of the service, the customer’s demands become specific and characteristic, and this makes service integration necessary in this beneficial market. By gathering the customers’ special demands for services, enterprises need to tap associated demands and integrate them. Then they need to analyze the resources which can meet the integrated demands, and gather them from suitable partners before integration. After this they can provide a full range of services-integrated scheme for customers. Service integration can save customers’ time and cost for purchase, enhance customers’ value and improve customers’ satisfaction. By Service integration, enterprises can take a better position in the fiercely competitive market. Due to the diversity of customers’ service, service providers need to seek partners together in order to meet customer’s service requests. Therefore, we should optimize the allocation of service resources for each service providers to ensure that the resources can be fully and effectively utilized. This paper promotes the theory of the inverse optimization for the linear programming by researching the allocation of resources under the integrated environmental in service. Works done are listed as follows:Firstly, the allocation for service resources are analyzed under service integration environment. Then it investigates the concept, characteristics, importance of the service integration, and elaborates the inverse optimization for the linear programming before analyzing the process of the formation of service integration. After that, the services-integrated schemes are decomposed.Secondly, a model for optimal allocation of service resources of multi-schemes selection is established. This model takes the lowest overall cost of the service providers as the objective function. And there are three constraints in this model, including meeting the services’ needs of customers / markets, the timeliness requirements for providing services and the single service resources corresponding to multi-schemes. The application of this model can enable service providers allocate the resources efficiently and obtain the largest corporate benefits on the premise of meeting the client / market demands of services.Thirdly, a inverse optimization model for parameters of service resource capacity based on single-scheme is built. This model is established on the basis of the model for optimal allocation of service resources in multi- schemes. Taken into account that the model may happen to be no-solution, this paper builds the inverse optimization model by using the inverse optimization for linear programming. In the inverse optimization model, the value of the ability of objective function is changed. Through the adjustment for the capacity of service resources, service providers can optimize these and make the best benefit. Finally, this paper analyzes the effectiveness in specific cases of the listed two models. According to the results of the application for these models, service providers can get the compatible optimal allocation of service resources needed to meet customers’ usage. These models provide a great chance for service providers that they can reach the optimal allocation of resources in the future.
