The Large-scale construction projects have been greatly developed these years in volume, scales, and technology as well as complexity. There exist conflicts from different aspects with different degree in construction program, among which the strategic resource conflict is one of the main conflicts. It’s much more difficult to solve the strategic resource conflicts than other resource conflicts since its rareness, significance and particularity, as well as its high cost and customization. Besides, the strategic resource conflicts’ greet influence to program’s progress, to main body participant’s interest, and to the community’s cooperation, make it in no time to be solved. It focuses on the analysis of the strategic resource conflicts in the Large-scale construction projects, and does research on the progress coordination under the strategic resource conflicts on the basic of the strategic resource’s characteristic, type and its allocation, as well as the strategic resource conflicts’ cause and its influence to the projects.Firstly, in decentralized decision-making mode, it solved the strategic resource conflicts by using compensation benefit system through establishing a mutual benefit and collaboration relationship among contracts. And it analyses benefit distribution among multiple contractors in their cooperation alliance. Secondly, in centralized decision-making mode, it analyses the principle of the resource distribution and the quantitative analysis of the strategic resource conflicts, and then do research on the progress coordination in terms of time limit and project profit. It’s important to prevent the strategic resource conflicts from the beginning in the Large-scale construction project. It takes steps from three aspects to avoid strategic resource conflicts, such as reasonable configuration of the strategic resource, suitable incentive system and specific progress control duties. It’s also suitable to avoid the conflict by verifying progress schedule and communicating efficiently between contractors. |
