Performance management is an important part of Human Resource Management. It influences the efficiency of Human Resource Management directly and development and management. There are still many problems in making using of the performance management, although the performance management is already mature. The performance management is invalid and inefficiency and lack the objectivity and scientificity because of these problems which restrain the development of the enterprise management and operation.With the coming of the Big Data epoch, data becomes a kind of vital resource in the competition of the market. The company which can master data can master the tendency of the company and market and improve the capacity of decision making and make strategic more accurately. Besides performance management can master the current situation of the whole company from inside and outside and provide the basis of the strategy. It becomes a significant question for the company to combine big data and its application with performance management.This paper lucubrates about the information system of Human Resource Management based on Big Data and elaborates performance management based on big data. Firstly, this paper elaborates big data, application of big data and relevant theories, and summarizes the value and meaning for management. And this paper describes the implication, characteristics, function and prospect. Then the case study of D company is analyzed including the current situation and problems of performance management and some suggestions are put forward which. consist performance plan, target, procedure and coach. Secondly, the methods and procedure of the process and consequence performance management are elaborated. This paper describes the feedback system for performance management base on big data which is composed with operating performance and mentality feedback. Finally, this paper summarizes the supporting measures for the performance management base on big data of D company.
