Research On The Cooperative Development Of C Group Enterprise Multi Fund Centralized Management Platform

With the progress of the reform and opening-up policy and the constant development of socialist market economy,business organizations, as one of the main market players, are experiencing continuous changes and evolutions. To be more specific, the enterprise types are shifting from simple companies to industrial groups or multinational organizations which are featured with more members, larger scales and cross-regional businesses. At the same time, capital management steps out of the basic and affilicated mode of cash recepit and payment pattern and companies are enjoying different capital management tools and methods, such as unified revenue and expenditure mode,funds of disbursement mode, capital pool mode( domestic RMB, transnational companies’ double-way RMB, transnational companies’ double-way foreign currencies) and financial company mode.In the field of capital utilization, it focuses more on raising the capital gains by use of outside platforms than on reducing the internal occupation of capital, which means the way of capital usage changes from the old mode of cutting down the amount of deposits or financial products in the bank to the “industry&financial” mode which is by use of cross-border supply chains to build up trade financing platform in the abroad, and domestically is to establish the trade financing platform of financial lease, commercial factoring and consumer finance. In this way the developement of industry could recive a stronger support and the idle fund could recive a bigger return.Under this background, the single capital management mode can’t meet the needs of group companies and multinational enterprises, for they usually use many different fund management modes or platforms at the same time. Therefore, how to manage these platforms effectively is currently a new subject and challenge facing many group and multinational companies.In this essay, the author uses the Group C which he works for as an example to analyze and discuss the development of capital management platform and mode in multiple dimensions. After presenting Group C’s problems in this field, the author studied the research results of other companies’ capital management and control methods. All these efforts helped the writer put forward some valuable suggestions which will improve and optimize the synergetic development of multiple capital management platform in Group C and at the same time bring a new way to other enterprises of how to manage their capital platform better.
