Study On The Government’s Financial Responsibility Of Urban Medical Security System From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

Along with the rapid development of market economy, the townsfolk’s quality of life is improving continually, however, the problem of inadequate and overly expensive medical service still exists, the urban medical security system is not working effectively. The particularity of Medical Treatment and Public Health determines that the government should be financially responsible for protecting the insured’s Medical and health care demands. While in the urban medical security system, the government’s financial responsibility has the features of fragmentation and dispersion, which is adverse to the improvement of fairness and accessibility of urban medical security system.Based on the above, this paper came up with the topic of “the study of government’s financial responsibility in urban medical security system” from the point of view aiming at holistic governance.
