The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Fixed Assets Management System

Along with the rapid development of computer and Internet technology, the use of information technology has greatly improved productivity and reduced production costs for modern enterprises. The widespread use of Management Information Systems, which are designed based on enterprise requirements, have made enterprises produce great changes in the way of working. MIS, which is a tool for management of enterprise, is also used to support decision making.Fixed assets is the material basis for enterprise development. Fixed assets has some special properties in defense industry, like high original value、rapid convergence growth. In past, most of the management work of fixed assets are done artificially. The outdated management methods can’t guarantee the correctness, completeness and timeliness of data. The same problem occurs in measurement management and other enterprise management activities.In this paper, we implement an assets information system, which is designed by using a MVC software architecture base on PHP language. The advantage of this design pattern is that view layer、control layer and model layer are separated and data is transferred by using JSON technology. So the reliability and scalability of this system are greatly improved.In this paper, assets information system is designed by using the method of software engineering. Requirement analysis is done by communicating with employees of related positions firstly, and we pay great attention to the machine account management module and rights management module. Secondly, in the phase of software designing, we designed system architecture and database. Then, we implement the information system and finish the work of software test. By using this system, employees of related positions can now focus on the daily management of data maintenance. The duplication of management work is reduced and the correctness of data is ensured, too.In this paper, we optimize the processes of the management of fixed assets and measurement. The use of universal information system has important significance in improving the efficiency of enterprise management activities.
