The Research On Fixed Assets Information-based Management In Traffic Administrative Institution

As China's economy continues to develop, the dramatic increase in foreign trade, traffic safety management work seems particularly important, the status of Traffic administrative institution is increasing rapidly. Because of the special nature of Traffic administrative institution, its important assets and its huge size, makes the Traffic administrative institution has to take the utmost care to in fixed assets management, to ensure the effective utilization of fixed assets.This paper according to the fixed assets management regulations made by country and the Ministry of Communications and the actual situation of Traffic administrative institution, profits from the experience of fixed assets information-based management from the domestic and foreign Public sectors, studies how to strengthen the fixed asset information-based management of Traffic administrative institution, enhances the efficiency of fixed assets, based on the full research on the needs of Traffic administrative institution in fixed assets management, informationize the fixed assets management in Traffic administrative institution, to design a fixed assets management information system(MIS) suit the Traffic administrative institution, to provide the theory basis for Traffic administrative institution to realize the information-based management of fixed assets.The paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 is introduction. It presents the background, the purpose and the significance of the study, proposes the content and direction which need to be focused on. Chapter 2 is literature summarization, mainly elaborates the basic theories and the history of MIS, and introduces the present situation of fixed asset management in Traffic administrative institution, as well as the existence question, and reviews the research work and achievements in the relevant fields of developed countries and regions.Chapter 3 mainly introduces how to design and realize the fixed assets MIS for Traffic administrative institution. Through the construction of MIS realize the goal of integrating the material management and the financial managementChapter 4 analyzes the cost-benefit before and after the fixed assets MIS is applied.Chapter 5 proposes suggestions for the Traffic Administrative Institution.
