In the tide of the development of the socialist market economy, the use of professional management to promote enterprise to the orbit of whole optimization has become the direction of many enterprises to choose. Enterprise’s strategic management is the inevitable requirement of the development of commodity economy, the basic can be summarized as the principle of equivalent exchange of commodity economy and evolution, means that in today’s market background, with a huge opportunity at the same time also face the same risk, in this case, the highlighting of the pros and cons of enterprise strategic importance. Current, the country has entered the era of innovation driven development, some traditional industry can only accelerate the transformation and upgrading technology systematically, and the top design, strengthen strategic and to maintain competitiveness and sustainable development.Using relevant strategic management theory, this paper, A comprehensive literature research on the current status of the company A strategic effectiveness evaluation,including the basic present situation analysis of enterprise, A company and study present situation and problems of management of A company. On this basis, the problems existing in the strategic management of A company for mining, and further analysis. In this paper, in the process of establishing A company development strategy, on the strength of A company by using the method of qualitative status and development prospect of A detailed analysis and research, and discussed specific analysis of some subordinate company, to explore suitable for the present situation of A company set up A scientific and rational, practical and effective development strategies.Based on A company’s internal environment and external environment analysis, put forward in today’s marketplace, A company of the advantages, opportunities,weaknesses and threats, based on the above analysis and comprehensive SWOT matrix table, preliminary determine the basic idea of strategic transformation, A company and three years respectively from the overall objectives, development ideas, development planning, system of supporting measures, human resources, management and so on several aspects to formulate the company’s development path, and the safeguard measures of the strategy implementation countermeasure has carried on the preliminary discussion.
