With the growth of world economy, we gradually moving into the service economy age. The service industry has become a dominant force in innovation and occupy higher proportion of the national economy. The hotel industry is an important part of the service sector and it is the industry leading the service innovation. In order to achieve the business goal, the hotel operator must always keep innovation in mind, create innovation initiatives and fully utilize the existing resources. In the most competitive market, the one who offer best product and service will have the advantage to win.Hong Kong XX Hotel is located in Central, the city center of Hong Kong. The hotel group is in a very good financial status and also is well known in this market. But the hotel have to face the fast growth of hotel industry, similar product and service provided, the competition from the connected areas and so on. The ideal location, also the fast growing travel and event market also provide plenty of opportunities, but the challenges are everywhere, such as high room rate, unbalanced staff structure, high turnover rate, the change of guest sources and so on. This paper analyzed the service model, existing product and service, guest demand and also the market conditions. It explores the direction and strategy of the Service Innovation of the Hotel under the new situation. I hope that the research applications can be use in XX hotel operations.Firstly, this paper proposed the basic question in this paper, and described the theoretical and practical significance of the study. This paper introduces the basic content, research methods, innovations, etc. Then the paper defines the basic concepts such as hotel, hotel services, hotel services innovation and so on. Then, the paper analyzes the XX hotel services using SWOT method. It detailed analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for XX hotel. Basis on the preceding analysis, the paper proposes the innovation strategy such as hotel service product innovation, service coordination innovation, marketing channel innovation, customer service management innovation. Finally, the paper pointed out that the XX Hotel had to respond to changes from guests, competitors, market conditions. The hotel needs always keep innovation in mind, innovate the hotel services according to the market demand. The hotel must implement innovation in their daily operations mode.
