During the 2008 economic crisis, the steel industry of China faced complex market environment, all the companies resulted in negative profit in Quarter 1, 2012. In order to survive, the company has to pay huge attention to the transformation of environment; at the mean time, it must improve its decision efficiency, reform its organization and change its managerial strategy promptly.Based on the research of the organizational reformation and managerial innovation of Panzhihua Steel and Vanadium Company(PSV) in 2010, this thesis summarizes some experiences of how to improve daily operation and decision making efficiency by analyzing other company’s organization and reforming it self’s organization.This article by recalling the theory of organizational structure and organizational change, Combined with the company, compared to the same organizational structure, designed in Panzhihua Steel Vanadium company organization structure reform programme, and analyze the key points in the process of organizational change, and finally arrive at the conclusion of the reform.The research proved that the reform of PSV is suitable for the steel industry, Compared with the changes,it can improve efficiency and adapt the fast-changing environment; at the same time, the stable production units provide excellent support for the development of the company. Other steel companies can also benefit from these practices.
