With the steady development of China’s economy, and the promulgation of a law which expressly permits mat endowment in construction market, construction industry as a pillar of the national economy has shown a good momentum of development. However, the marketing strategy research offers construction enterprises few precedents for how to deal with this nascent loaning issue. Therefore it is a topic worthy of exploration research.In this paper, the research object is ZL Company, a construction startup. ZL bases its starting point on construction project contract, and aims to provide construction financing services to certain client by means of managing their project. Through a comprehensive analysis of the company’s internal environment, external environment analysis that was conducted by Porter’s five forces model, and then STP analysis, the paper studies ZL’s market segmentation, target market selection and market positioning. Lastly, through 4P model, the paper gives out specific solution and strategy for the ZL Company.This paper attempts to utilize a series of combined marketing strategy to help the research object gain competitive advantages and win more market shares. The result can be an option for other similar businesses when dealing with market competition. Finally, in some sense, the research finding of this paper also justifies the existence of the new business model.
