Research On The Earning Pattern Of Hefei SANYO International Trade Company

With further development of reform and opening up policy, China’s foreign trade is growing fast. However, as the largest manufacturer of household appliances, our country’s white electric enterprises have still been in the condition of small profit even loss in the international trade, so the main reason should be lack of the core profit pattern. Although there are some companies having already achieved success in internationalization strategy, others still have to select their own according to its development situation and capability. Therefore it becomes very meaningful to study the existing international trade earning pattern for each white home appliance enterprise, and help them to search for a more suitable profit mechanism. Especially when the environment changes and their own conditions improves, probing into its profit pattern and putting forward countermeasures for adjustment and innovation are very significant, which will help them get more benefits and lead a healthy development of the whole industry.Hefei has already been the most concentrated area of electrical home appliances brands, so it should fully take this industry advantage and make efforts to improve its foreign trade. To innovate on the basis of the existing one and strive for more profit, so as to drive the economic development through foreign trade in Hefei.Based on such background and combined with my project, this paper takes Hefei SANYO International Trade Company as an example. With Whirlpool’s coming, it will has a chance for new development. First, this research expounds the main composition of its existing profit model, and combines formal sales data and several financial data to analyze the earning ability, and then carry on SWOT analysis to find out core competitiveness and deficiencies of its earning pattern. Finally give suggestions and countermeasures for its future development and innovation. Hoping that it will be able to give some help and guidance for Hefei SANYO in selecting and innovating its profit mechanism in the new situation.
