A Study On Land Resource Endowment Of Circum-CZT Urban Agglomeration And Transmission Mechanism Witn Economic Development

Land resource is the important basic that mankind depend on subsistence and development, recognizing the land resource endowment is precondition of rational utilization of land resources as well as balancing the relationship between land resource and economic development. Based on the case study of Circum-Chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration, referring to the predecessors’ achievements, this paper analyzed and evaluated the land resource endowment and transmission mechanism related to regional economic development of Circum-Chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration. The result was as following:（1） Compared with the situation of Circum-Chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration in 2005, land use in 2011 manifested construction land expansed fast and land use dynamic degree changed largely, especially in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan.（2） Through building up the evaluation system of the land resource endowment degree, furthermore appraising the level of land resource endowment degree of Circum-Chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration in 2005 and 2011 by Entire-Array-Polygon Evaluation Model, the results showed the index increased a bit from 0.1856 in 2005 to 0.1892 in 2011, particularly the index improved significantly in CZT Urban Agglomeration, that rose to 0.2470 in 2011 from 0.2308 in 2005. In spatial distribution the index appeared the discipline of degression from inner region as showing "high-high" and "low-low" aggregation in spatial pattern. The changes for the index of different county-level units were various as well as the influencing factors of cities, there were main influencing factors relevant to construction land, land value and ecological land.（3） In view of resource curse, establishing the regression model was to explore transmission mechanism between the land resource endowment and regional economic development, the results reflected the land resource curse level were different, Changsha was located in the zone without resource curse; Zhuzhou and Xiangtan were in the marginal zone with resource curse; general zone with resource curse includes Yueyang, Yiyang, Changde, Hengyang and Loudi. furthermore, the impact and strength that variables affected the land resource endowment had regional differences from industrial structure and government intervention. The strongly positive correlation exists in all cities of urban agglomeration between variable government investion（GI） and land resource curse; The correlation of variable Secondary Industry（N₂） and land resource curse has the following characteristics:there is negative correlation in Changsha and Zhuzhou, no correlation in Xiangtan, positive correlation in the rest of cities; The correlation of variable urbanization level（CH） and land resource curse is in accordance with variable Secondary Industry; The majority of cities show significantly positive correlation between variable per-capita area of arable land （RD） and land resource curse,but Zhuzhou and Yueyang appear no correlation.
