Research On 1+N Mode Of Supply Chain Finance Application From The Perspective Of Enterprises Cluster

Small and medium-sized enterprises widely exist financing problems, high financing cost problems in the process of development. Small and medium enterprises as the main body of the enterprise cluster are also facing the financing problem, which greatly restricts the development of enterprise cluster, enterprise cluster is the regional industrial economic development important carrier. Therefore, to explore the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in cluster is not only related to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also related to the development of enterprise clusters and regional economy, has a certain theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, it is applied to the 1+N financial model of the supply chain in the enterprise cluster as the research object, discusses the innovation of the mode in the enterprise cluster, and provides a new idea to solve in order to the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in cluster.1+N financial model of the supply chain is a kind of financing mode which base on the trade of enterprise supply chain. This article stands from the perspective of cluster core enterprise "1" (Exactly A company), use the method of case analysis, in-depth analysis of the 1+N financial model of the supply chain operation in the enterprises cluster. Through the analysis of the specific application of the model, this paper argues that the concept of symbiosis of enterprise cluster is the key to ensure the successful implementation of 1+N financial model of the supply chain. This paper emphasizes that the concept of symbiosis mechanism based on the industry chain, information management and control platform for vehicle operations, supply chain credit cooperation to resolve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises through big data, which is the core idea of 1+N supply chain finance model innovation application. Based on the fully based financial applications of cluster supply chain of A company on the dominant, this article from the cluster environment, information sharing, risk control and legal system of the Quartet to put forward the proposal to the better application of 1+N supply chain finance mode, and realize the symbiosis of enterprise development cluster.
