Research And Application In The Public Carpool Mode Of Credit Evaluation Method Based On AHP

With the rapid development of economy, urban traffic congestion, taxi rejection and private cars idling have gradually become the focus of social. For these urban traffic problems, experts and scholars coincides proposed one of the most effective solution-"carpool". "Carpool" travel has become increasingly accepted by the people, all kinds of "carpool" website and "carpool" APP came into being, and now "carpool" industry has also been recognized and encouraged by the government. With the rapid development of "carpool". industry, people start to pay attention to the security problems caused by the user credit problems.In this paper, research focuses on the public welfare "carpool" model of credit evaluation and its application, analyzes the relative theory and method deeply. From the actual demand of passengers, proposed a "carpool" credit evaluation model based on AHP, designed and completed based on credit evaluation of "carpool" system. The credit evaluation model uses a combination of static and dynamic evaluation of the two evaluation stages of evaluation methods, credit evaluation will be divided into static and dynamic credit evaluation, the use of dynamic accumulation of credit evaluation and dynamic credit evaluation static credit evaluation feedback correction method to ensure the accuracy of the index. Introduced in the calculation of the user’s credit score credibility user parameters and user’s credit growth process parameters to ensure public welfare "carpool" system of credit evaluation results of validity and reliability.Three topics are proposed as following:(1) According to the characteristics of the credit evaluation and the available information in the process of the public welfare "carpool", to establish a kind of applicable to public welfare "carpool" credit evaluation index system.(2) Based on the analysis of the existing C2C credit evaluation model, put forward a kind of applicable to the "carpool" credit evaluation model. Users credit growth process and reliability are introduced to improve the reliability of the evaluation results, and each evaluation index weight is calculated out, finally the model is verified by experiment can ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results.(3) Based on the algorithm research, this paper designed and completed based on credit evaluation of the public welfare "carpeted" system. The purpose of the system design is to provide users with real-time, convenient and safe "carpool" service. Through credit evaluation algorithm, improve the reliability of "carpool" information, improve the security of "carpool"In the paper, simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the algorithm which has an important referenced value in the actual application. It can effectively solve the "carpool" security issues, and promote the development of "carpool" industry; to relieve traffic congestion and promote harmonious urban transportation: to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and promote harmony between man and the environment; can promote harmonious relationships.
