As a large-scale animal husbandry province in the whole country, Si Chuan Province not only works out the requirement of animal by-products for local residents, but also supplies pigs, poultry, rabbits, cows, sheep, and characteristic animal by-products(such as honey and Tibitan pigs) to other provinces and even overseas in a long run. However, the residents’ demand of the animal products in quantity, quality and structure are changing as the development of the society. The current retail-farming production organization form, and the outdate social service can no longer meet the transformation of social demands. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the forms of organization of the animal husbandry in Si Chuan Province, so as to promote the modernization of it, especially to realize its industrialization, standardization, and large scale. To achieve these major changes, it requires cooperation of a powerful socialized service system of animal husbandry, to protect its efforts. This article starts from the theoretical study of the modern socialized service of animal husbandry, and conducts the research through the investigation on 4 cities(state) and 40 townships in Sichuan province in combination with the social service experience in other developed countries engaging in animal husbandry. The first two chapters are related to theoretical analysis that mainly states the connotation and extension of animal husbandry social service, and analyzes the importance of social service to modern animal husbandry and related economic theories.Charpter 3 takes international experience for reference and sums them up through the introduction of the practices of socialized services in Amercia, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and so on, in combination with the real situation of animal husbandry in Sichuan.Chapter 4 is the key chapter of the whole article. On the basis of collecting the survey statistics of 40 towns in four cities(states), this chapter first gives an analysis of the total demand status of the major farmers for animal husbandry social service in Sichuan, then comes to analyze the farmers’ demanding quantity, level, structure, and feature, as well as their willingness to pay, from the perspectives in different period of production process, science and technology, and finance. It draws the conclusion that farmers in Sichuan province have a relatively high demand for social service in animal husbandry. The demanding structure is characterized by diversity, yet the farmers’ willingness to pay is relatively low. Secondly, it carries out the data analysis for the socialization service supplies, including the distribution of service providers and the quantity and quality of the supplies, and etc. It is found that the supply subject has divided, government supply remains an important channel even through it is going down, supply from leading companies grows quite quickly, which has a typical case of cow feeding in Chengdu City and Meishan City. Professional cooperation organization develops differently from place to place, but generally develops rapidly. Moreover, analyze on the game playing of both sides supply and demand you can find that, cooperation so both sides get benefits, only both sides of supply and demand in the realization of their own interests, and provide services to each other at the same time, and concede profits to the other, passing the real value of the two sides. Only under this condition, both sides can achieve win-win cooperation, access to sustainable development.Chapter 5 is the conclusion part of the full text, on the base of analyzing the animal husbandry social service theory, combining with the field survey statistics of social services in Sichuan Animal Husbandry and analysis conclusions, related to the experience of animal husbandry in developed countries, put forward to relevant policy and recommendations to comprehensively and systematically promote social services in Sichuan animal Husbandry. |
