In 2013, this group published "industrial 4" standard roadmap construction and set up an "industrial 4" platform(Platform-i4.0), which was participated by the associations and enterprises. The German government will put "industry 4" into "2020" in the strategy of "high technology, industry 4", which has become a national strategy. At present, Germany is planning to promote the "relevant laws and industry 4",which means that "4 industrial" has rose from an industrial policy to national laws. "4 industry" has been widely recognized in such a short time in Germany,and has its chance but also is inevitable, this kind of understanding from not only the German recognizing long-standing industry as the foundation of the national economic, the revolutionary effect from information and communication technology to industry brings, but also from a new round of revolution in science and technology concerns of German industry position.According to the German "4 industry" concept and the corresponding strategic deployment, America also is unwilling to lag behind, in order to win the initiative in international competition. At the beginning of 2009, USA began to adjust the strategy of economic development. In December the same year, USA published "revive USA manufacturing framework"; in June 2011 and February 2012 launched "advanced manufacturing Partnership Program" and "the advanced manufacturing industry the national strategic plan", in order to encourage the return to America manufacturing enterprises. In addition, American also has set up a "national manufacturing innovation network center" and the formation of a group of national physical system information network platform, which is responsible for the study of basic theory, organizational strength of R & D breakthroughs in CPS software, sensors, mobile terminal equipment tools and equipment, promoting the development and application of key industries and enterprises.In the face of positive in Germany and America deployment of next generation technology revolution, China as manufacturing superpower also is unwilling to lag behind, Premier Li Keqiang on November 5, 2014 chaired a State Council executive meeting and decided to cut the pre-approval, the implementation of investment projects online approval, release investment potential, vitality; deployment to strengthen intellectual property protection and use, power of innovation entrepreneurship, "China manufacturing upgrading".Through the introduction of the " industry 4" related concept, origin, development and the future development direction about industry prospects for the advancement of the current development situation, and introduces related to the concept of international trade and the status quo of the understanding of international trade. On the whole, we use a lot of analysis methods such as quantitative analysis method, case analysis research methods, and comparative economics analysis to show impact about "industrial development 4". The quantitative analysis show the "industrial 4" impact on international trade; by the method of case study to understand the "industrial 4" in the development of the country and profound changes.Finally, we compare the analysis of the situation of world’s top six countries "industrial development 4" and industry 1 to 4 China effects of industrial development on international trade comparative analysis. Using two kinds of comparison and analysis of the relevant policy recommendations that the improvement of international trade accordingly, inspirational for development Chinese international trade and puts forward some feasible advice and suggestions. |
